RATE SHEET: This INFINITI HOLIDAYS Cancels all the previous rates with immediate affects.
ENQUIRY : All enquiries & bookings are accepted through the principal only. No case of booking or refund will be dealt with students/parents directly.
ADMISSION: The right of admission is fully reserved by the “Organisers”. Only bonafide students and teachers will be allowed to join Indian Tours Parents/Relatives are allowed to join Foreign Tours along with students and teachers.
IDENTITY CARDS: While proceeding on an Educational Tour, it is compulsory for all students & staff members to carry their “Identity Card” duly certified by the head of the Institute.
THE CHARGES DO NOT INCLUDE: Railway ticket fare or any service charges, Passport / Visa Charges, Airport Taxes, Pony Charges at hill stations, Laundry expenses, optional tours cost, Incidental expenses & items of personal nature. All charges are calculated as prevailing on the date of this rate sheet, it case of increase in Railway / Sea / Air Fare, the difference will have to be paid by the participants to the particular service provider this rate sheet it case of in directly. Further, charges indicated are subiect to condition that concession orders will be signed by the Head of Institutions. In case of failure to issue concession orders participants will have to pay the additional charges for railway / seal air as the case may be.
ACCOMMODATION: Lodging facilities will be provided only at destination stations with usual amenities, 4 students on 2 beds with 1 extra mattress are usually accommodated in one normal size room with bath attached or in the nearby annexure. No Towels/Soaps are provided to students teachers
RAILWAY/ AIR TICKETS: Our tour price does not include Railway / Air fare. Railway Air ticketing is not our business. The same can be done through authorised ticketing agents only. We do not charge any service charges for providing assistance to these services. The institute has to pay railway fare amount directly to Authorised Railway Ticket Selling Agent (YTSK) and also collect their tickets directly from Authorised Railway Ticket Selling Agent (YTSK).
REGISTRATION : Registration /consent forms are distributed free of charges among the students as per “Specific Desired Tours Registration forms duly filled up by students/parents & countersigned by principal should be submitted along with the non refundable advance amount
CONFIRMATION: A non refundable advance of 25% (Short Tour). 25% (Long Tour) 25% (Foreign Tour) by cash or draft is requires minimum 80 days before proposed departure date. Tour second installment of 50% of the tour cost is payable 45 days in advance & balance amount of four cost should reach in our office, at least 30 days before tour departure date.
PAYMENT: Payments will be accepted by cash/local crossed Cheque/pay order/bank draft only. (“IN FAVOUR OF “INFINITI HOLIDAYS“)
LATE PAYMENT: If we do not receive the entire tour price payable to us 30 days prior to tour departure, we will not be able to process your booking. Your registration amount is likely to be forfeited and your booking stands automatically cancelled. Cheque payments will not be accepted 15 days prior to the tour departure. Any payments made within 15 days prior to departure will have to be made by cash.
SERVICE TAX : As applicable by Government of India. (Not included in the tour cost)
INDIVIDUAL / GROUP CANCELLATION : The initial contribution / registration 25% (Short Tour), 25% (Long Tour), 25% (Foreign tour) or full contributions (Whatever May be ) is not refundable. Additionally the following charges are applicable to be forfeited 25%. 59 days prior to departure, 75% 30 days prior to departure, 100% less then 30 days.
POSTPONEMENT: In case of whole group postponed whatsoever the cause may be postponement charges 70% of the tour cost per head will be levied.
REPLACEMENT: The registration made by a tour participant is non transferable. Hence under no circumstances a replacement is accepted for any participant, whatsoever and however, fresh arrangement are permissible on payment of the applicable charges as per the ‘organisers.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT : The participants must enter/ vacate their rooms as per the check in /check out time of respective hotel and bear the inconvenience of while taking care of the belongings before check in/after check out. The Tour Manager may guide them in this regard.
DAMAGES: Incase of damages whatsoever done by the participants, the cost of the same has to be bourn by him/her any damages found in the hotel room, should immediately be brought to the notice of the Hotel authority through Tour Manager on being occupied.
VALUABLE: It is advisable that students, should not carry much cash & valuables. If required, students/teachers can carry state bank of India travelers Cheque on their personal name & the same can be encashed wherever needed.
RIGHTS: The organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone any tour on short notice due to operational difficulties and unavoidable circumstances to a later date of next vacation. In such as event, no refund will be made under any circumstances and the advance of full contribution will be adjusted during the next tour, the organisers reserve the right allot any particular railway bogie, birth, hotel rooms etc. to any institute or party and the other participants will have no claim for such particular bogies, birth, room etc.
EMERGENCIES: The organisers reserve full right to claim any additional expenses incurred owing due to Emergencies of Delay / Change / Missing Connection / Cancellation / Breakdown of train, bus, flight, ship other services & Weather condition, strikes war, Riot Quarantie or any other case whatsoever beyond the control of the organizer. The participant must bear all such inconvenience, losses, Expenses & should pay such charges immediately to the Tour Manager to make further movements possible. During the tour, additional places be included in the itinerary. However, if any charges are required or additional places are to be included in the programmed, same may be possible subject to approval from Mumbal office. The organisers reserve the right to conduct the tour on reservation basis as per their convenience. The participants will be accommodated in one I more reserved sleeper coaches as the circumstance permit.
RESPONSIBILITY:All arrangements are made by the organizer in their capacity as Agent, to the best of their ability for & in the interest of the members, the organizers don’t accept any liability for delay, irregularity, break down which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements. All the participants are requested to take care of their belonging during the tour. The organisers hold no responsibility for any robbery, damage, injury, accident or sickness whatsoever arises during tour. The teacher in charge who joins the tour is expected to take the responsibilities of their students. In no way Organisers should be held responsible for any of their action whatsoever.
